HOW TO
Invite and Manage Collectors List
- Your collectors will appear in your Contacts list when they have made a purchase of your work, or if they joined Cohart via your invitation
- From the Contacts list, you can edit each collector's information such as filling in their name and phone number, providing a note, or adding them to a group
HOW TO
Add a Testimonial
- Navigate to the Testimonials tab of your Dashboard, and click on Add testimonials
- Go through the steps to add previous testimonials and click Save
- Don't forget to feature the testimonials on your Portfolio!
HOW TO
Add Past Sales
- Navigate to the Sales Records tab of your Dashboard, and click on Add a new sale
- Choose an artwork you have uploaded to add as a sale, or upload a new artwork as sold
- If you select an existing artwork, you will be prompted to enter sale information
- Click Save to see the sale appear in your Sales Graph on Profile and Portfolio

What happens when my collector joins from invitation?
When a collector joins via your invitation, both you and the collector will automatically follow each other, and you will receive $10 credit to be used towards purchases on Cohart.
How do I connect with my audience?
In the CRM option of your Dashboard, you can set up Email Campaigns to share updates with your Contacts—a quick introduction, new works for sales, or invitation to your upcoming event!
Can I add a testimonial from someone not on Cohart?
Yes, you can enter a testimonial-giver's name that is not on Cohart; you can also invite them to join Cohart.
Can I show sales made outside of Cohart in my Sales Graph?
Yes, you can add sales made outside of Cohart. Simply upload the artwork, mark it as sold, and tick the "Add Sales Data to Profile" checkbox to include it in your Sales Graph.
All your Cohart sales automatically show up in your Sales Graph and cannot be unhide, including your invoice sales.
